Terms of Service

Purpose of the service

Alerotek SEO Admin is an internal administration platform operated by Alerotek for monitoring Alerotek’s website search performance. It is not a public subscription service. These terms govern use of the application by authorized Alerotek administrators.

Authorized use

The application is intended for use by authorized Alerotek users who have been granted access. By using the application you agree to use it only for legitimate Alerotek SEO administration purposes.

Google account authorization

Access to the application requires signing in with a Google account. You must use a Google account that has been authorized for the application. The application may reject accounts that are not authorized, and you are responsible for the security of the Google account you use.

Google Search Console integration

With your authorization, the application reads Google Search Console data for the Alerotek property to which you have access. Search Console data is used for monitoring and analysis only.

User responsibilities

• Keep your Google account credentials secure.
• Access only the data you are authorized to access.
• Do not share your access or application data with unauthorized people.
• Use the application in accordance with Alerotek policies.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• Attempt to access the application without authorization.
• Use the application to gain unauthorized access to Google or other systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute application data outside of Alerotek.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the application.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose.

Account and access termination

Access to the application may be granted or revoked by Alerotek at any time. You may also revoke the application’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings, which will disable the application’s ability to read Search Console data.

Third-party services

The application relies on third-party services including Google (OAuth and Search Console), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (web hosting). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Service availability

The application is provided as an internal administrative tool. Alerotek does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service is provided “as is” and “as available” for authorized internal use.

Intellectual property

The application, its design, and its content are owned by Alerotek or its licensors. Google Search Console data remains subject to Google’s terms, and your own data remains yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alerotek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application, including loss of data or interruption of the service.

Changes to the service

Alerotek may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the application at any time, including to support its SEO operations or to comply with legal or security requirements.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the application changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance.
